Qualifications:

Current and valid Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure for Illinois Previous experience in a school setting preferred Knowledge of evidence-based OT interventions and IEP documentation Strong communication and collaboration skills Passion for student-focused therapy

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver occupational therapy services to students in both elementary and high school settings Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams Supervise and provide guidance to a dedicated COTA Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
