About SkyAbove Therapy SkyAbove is a specialized, clinician-supported agency. Unlike generalist staffing firms, we offer Real Clinical Leadership. Our Clinical Directors provide the mentorship and resources you need to handle assessments and caseloads with confidence.
Position Highlights Hybrid Model:
Work out of our Palatine, IL base site daily, with supported in-home visits across greater Chicagoland. Travel time is built into your workday — mileage is on the road, but not off the clock.
Meaningful Purpose:
Deliver supported home visits with the goal of transitioning students back to the school site.
Part-Time Schedule:
2-3 days per week, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM (roughly 16-24 hrs/week) — perfect for professionals seeking a manageable time commitment.

Streamlined Onboarding:
Fast-tracked placement backed by ongoing clinical support. Responsibilities Deliver direct occupational therapy and expert consultation services through supported in-home visits. Collaborate with an aide/assistant to support students during home visits. Conduct student assessments, develop IEP goals, and monitor progress. Work toward transitioning students back to the school site. Collaborate with educators and staff to integrate OT strategies into the learning environment.
Compensation & Benefits Schedule:
Part-time (2-3 days/week), 8:00 AM-4:00 PM, with a highly flexible start date.
Base Site:
Palatine, IL, with in-home visits across greater Chicagoland.
Pay:
Competitive compensation with bi-weekly direct deposit.

Pay:
$57.00 - $62.00 per hour
