Current and active Illinois Occupational Therapy license Proven experience with school-based occupational therapy services Strong assessment and documentation skills Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities Adaptability as caseload acquires new students over the school year Primary responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations alongside the early childhood diagnostic team Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students Provide direct intervention and therapy as outlined in IEPs Monitor student progress, maintain documentation, and adjust strategies as needed Communicate progress and strategies effectively with families, educators, and other multidisciplinary professionals Take advantage of engaging, consistent work in a supportive environment where your expertise directly influences student success.
