Job Description
Key Qualifications:
Active license in Occupational Therapy Experience working in a school environment or with school-aged children Strong knowledge of IEP processes and documentation practices Excellent communication skills to collaborate with students, staff, and families Ability to adapt interventions to individualized student needs and educational goalsWhat You'll Do:
Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students as outlined in their IEPs Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families to promote best outcomes Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and help develop individualized plans Maintain thorough, timely progress notes and compliance-oriented documentation Assess student needs, design customized interventions, and evaluate progress Support classroom staff with strategies for student accessibility and independenceBenefits and Perks:
