School Occupational Therapist (OT)
Location:
South Holland, IL Pay:
$45-$52/hour
Hours:
Full-time, 37.5-40 hours/week
Assignment:
2026-2027 School Year About the Role ProCare Therapy is partnering with a supportive school district in South Holland, IL to hire a full-time Occupational Therapist. This is a strong opportunity for a clinician who wants a consistent caseload, collaborative school environment, and meaningful daily impact with students across elementary and middle school settings. In this role, you will work closely with educators, special education teams, and families to help students strengthen the functional skills they need to succeed in the classroom and beyond. You'll have the opportunity to build relationships within a stable district while supporting a diverse student population. Key Responsibilities Provide direct occupational therapy services in school settings Conduct evaluations and participate in IEP development meetings Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with student needs Support fine motor, sensory processing, and daily living skills Collaborate with teachers and related service providers Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
Caseload Details Setting:
Elementary and Middle School Caseload size: 40-55 students (approx.) Focus areas: sensory regulation, fine motor development, self-help skills School sites: 1-2 buildings Qualifications Active Illinois Occupational Therapy license School-based or pediatric experience preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Compensation & Benefits $45-$52/hour based on experience Weekly direct deposit through ProCare Therapy Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Dedicated recruiter support throughout your assignment
