Desired Qualifications:
Masters degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy Valid state OT license (or eligibility for licensure in Indiana) Experience with K-12 populations preferred Flexibility to travel between 2-3 school sites Effective communication and organizational abilities
Essential Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy plans for students Deliver direct occupational therapy services (in-class and pull-out) Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Maintain thorough records and prepare required documentation Support students in developing functional and academic skills
