Qualifications & Experience:

Must hold a valid Occupational Therapist license in Indiana. Previous experience working in school-based or pediatric settings preferred. Ability to assess and provide interventions for students with diverse needs. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and administration. Knowledge of IEP processes and ability to participate in multidisciplinary team meetings. Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive environment for all students.

Position Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and evaluate students motor, sensory, and adaptive needs. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals. Provide direct occupational therapy services to students, both one-on-one and in group sessions. Consult with educators and support staff to integrate therapeutic strategies into the classroom. Document student progress and maintain records in accordance with school district and state requirements. Participate actively in team meetings to discuss students progress and modify plans as needed. Engage with families to ensure continuity and support for students goals at home and school.
