Key Qualifications:

Current Indiana OT licensure required Experience or genuine interest in working with K-12 student populations Solid understanding of school-based OT practices Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with educators, students, and families Flexibility and adaptability to manage multiple assignments in a dynamic school environment

Role Responsibilities:

Provide occupational therapy services to a diverse K-12 caseload across multiple school sites Develop, implement, and document individualized treatment plans that support students academic and social success Conduct thorough assessments and monitor progress, modifying plans as needed Work effectively with teachers and school specialists to support classroom integration Offer guidance to families and engage in IEP meetings as required Maintain accurate records according to school and district guidelines Advocate for student needs while promoting best practices for inclusion and access to learning This opportunity begins as soon as possible and runs through May 20th, 2027, with a consistent schedule of 30 hours across four days per week.
