360 Wellness is looking to add a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to our growing team. We are primarily located in Senior Living Facilities (Independent Living, Assisted Living, etc). We are looking for caring and compassionate team members who value their patients, team members, building staff, and themselves. We are looking for someone who provides patient care with a variety of functional and educational modalities to help patient's regain independence and reach their full potential. Team member will be asked to participate in related activities to support patient care, education, and operations. Requirements Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Requires current Occupational Therapist license in the State of Indiana. Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA. $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
