Pediatric & Family Services | W2 Position | Flexible Schedule One Team. One Plan. One Clear Path Forward. We're looking for an experienced, compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our collaborative multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Language Therapists, Mental Health Therapists, Feeding & Nutrition Therapists, and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners. Who We're Looking For:

We currently have a high need for an OT who is passionate about working with preschool and elementary aged children. Opportunities are also available to build a diverse caseload that includes middle and high school students based on your interests and areas of expertise. A minimum of two years of experience working with children and families in a clinical setting is preferred. We're especially looking for someone who believes, as we do, that the best outcomes happen when therapists and families work together to understand what's beneath the surface, build practical skills, and create meaningful change that carries beyond the therapy room.

Care Designed Around Families, Not Insurance Companies:

One Mind is a private pay practice. That distinction gives our clinicians greater freedom to focus on clinical decision making rather than insurance restrictions. Instead of allowing an insurance company to determine how frequently a child can be seen, how long treatment can continue, or which services can be provided, we partner directly with families to create a plan based on their needs, goals, and priorities. For our therapists, that means less time navigating insurance barriers and more time doing the work you became an OT to do: helping children and families thrive.

Schedule & Locations:

This position offers flexibility in building your schedule, with the understanding that the majority of our pediatric families prefer late morning through late afternoon and early evening appointments. A typical day for many of our current OTs is approximately 10:00am to 6:00pm. We also ask that therapists spend at least one to two days each week at our Fishers and/or Broad Ripple locations, allowing you to collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary teams and serve families across our community.
