Job Description

Make a meaningful impact as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, working onsite with preschool and elementary students in a supportive school environment near Fishers, IN. This contract opportunity offers the chance to foster growth and independence in a diverse young population while collaborating with educators and families to maximize student success.
Key Qualifications:
Active Massachusetts Occupational Therapy License Experience working with preschool and elementary-aged children, especially in a school setting Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills Excellent communication abilities for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, families, and administrators Flexibility and adaptability to meet the unique needs of each student
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide individualized and group occupational therapy for students, focusing on developing fine motor skills, sensory integration, and functional independence Evaluate students to determine needs and develop appropriate treatment plans Maintain regular documentation of progress and update goals as needed Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to integrate therapeutic strategies into classroom routines Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to support students educational objectives Foster an inclusive, positive learning environment to ensure the best possible outcomes for every child
