Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments to identify students' strengths and needs related to fine motor skills, sensory processing, and self-care activities Develop, implement, and manage individual therapy plans, setting measurable objectives to help students meet educational goals Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and updates on student progress Collaborate with teachers, aides, and families to integrate therapy strategies into classroom routines Deliver direct and consultative OT services per students' IEPs Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation to track interventions and student improvement
