Qualifications and Experience:

Current license to practice Occupational Therapy Masters degree in Occupational Therapy (required) Experience or interest in long-term pediatric therapy in a school setting Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills Adaptability and commitment to evidence-based practices

Responsibilities:

Provide assessments, individualized therapy, and interventions for students with various needs Develop and implement treatment plans that support academic participation and daily living skills Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate therapeutic strategies into classroom routines Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings Educate families and school staff on strategies to enhance students abilities and independence Stay current on best practices in pediatric and school-based occupational therapy
