This position works across multiple school sites and enjoys the support of a co-assigned COTA, allowing you to both serve students directly and guide a talented colleague. Youll play an invaluable role creating supportive and individualized therapy experiences for students, helping them achieve their goals in academic and functional activities throughout the school day. Qualifications:

Current Indiana Occupational Therapist license Strong ability to supervise and collaborate with a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Prior experience in a school-based OT setting preferred Excellent communication and organizational abilities Commitment to fostering inclusion and student growth

Responsibilities:

Deliver occupational therapy services to a varied K-12 caseload across multiple school locations Supervise and mentor a COTA to ensure consistent, high-quality care Assess student needs, set goals, and develop treatment plans in partnership with educational teams Engage in thorough documentation and participate in IEP meetings as required Adapt interventions to fit classroom and individual student contexts Collaborate with teachers, families, and other educational staff to promote student outcomes This contract role is set at 37.5 hours per week and offers weekly pay, 401K retirement planning, and a full suite of medical, dental, vision, and life insurance options for onsite employees.
