Occupational Therapist Huntington, IN | Fort Wayne, IN | Bryan, OH Full-Time & PRN $15,000 Sign-On Bonus Relocation Bonus Certified Hand Therapist opening Bryan, OH- outpatient, inpatient, and peds setting Responsibilities Evaluate Plan Implement Document Instruct & Collaborate with OTAs/COTAs Must-Haves Must be a graduate of an accredited school, with an OT degree Bachelor's Degree (if prior 1/1/2002) Master's Degree (if after 1/1/2002), preferred International Candidates must be graduate of accredited school, and possess Bachelor's Degree in OT at minimum State OT license CPR cert AOTA membership preferred #allied
Pay:
