Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Valid Occupational Therapy licensure in the state of Indiana (or ability to obtain) Previous experience working in school settings preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to adapt to new environments and work with diverse student populations Dedication to empowering students to achieve their full potential
Responsibilities/Duties:
Assess, plan, and deliver occupational therapy services for students Engage in individualized education plan (IEP) meetings and progress documentation Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff Adjust and modify interventions based on student progress and needs Promote independence in the classroom and school environment
