Job Description

Travel Occupational Therapist (OT)Position SummaryWe are seeking a Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide skilled therapy services to patients in different healthcare settings. The OT will evaluate functional needs, develop treatment plans, and provide interventions that improve independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities Evaluate patients and identify physical, cognitive, and functional limitations. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals. Provide therapeutic activities to improve strength, coordination, mobility, and daily living skills. Assist patients with activities of daily living and functional tasks. Recommend adaptive techniques, equipment, and strategies as appropriate. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed. Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and safe functional activities. Accurately document evaluations, treatments, and patient progress. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Adapt to different facilities, patient populations, workflows, and clinical environments. Qualifications Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Current Occupational Therapist license in the applicable state. Previous clinical or occupational therapy experience preferred. Strong assessment, clinical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and adapt to different healthcare settings. Willingness and ability to travel for assignments.
