POSITION OVERVIEW
The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for providing a full range of occupational therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position's qualifications, professional practices and ethical standards. Implements therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities. Educates patients and their families on techniques and strategies for daily living activities. Documents patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary. Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Other duties as assigned.
Education:
Master Degree Experience:
0-1 years
Licenses and Certifications:
Must have and maintain a current, valid state OT licensure or registration Current valid CPR certification, preferred
Travel:
Yes. Minimally, as required (Typically less than 10%)
