Key Qualifications:
Active Occupational Therapy licensure (Indiana or eligible for reciprocity) Experience in school-based, home health, teletherapy, and healthcare OT settings preferred Familiarity with IEP documentation and goal setting Strong communication and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver occupational therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs Provide both in-person and virtual therapy sessions as needed Develop individualized treatments to meet students' academic and functional goals Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to drive student success Monitor progress and document outcomes in compliance with school requirements
