We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time leave coverage assignment supporting a school district in the Zionsville, IN area. This position offers a structured schedule during normal school hours based entirely at a single middle school campus serving grades 5 through 8.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide occupational therapy services to middle school students in grades 5-8. Conduct evaluations and assessments as needed. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with student IEP goals. Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and district regulations. Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations regarding student services.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Active Occupational Therapist license. Previous school-based experience strongly preferred. Experience managing caseloads and collaborating within special education teams.
