Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity as a school-based Occupational Therapist just outside of Westfield, Indiana in the Indianapolis area. This full-time opening is for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year and involves serving a diverse K-12 caseload across two impactful settingsa Montessori school and a high school. With a 37.5-hour work week, youll be able to make meaningful connections and provide essential support for students across different grade levels.

What Were Seeking:

Current OT license required for Indiana. Previous experience in school-based or pediatric occupational therapy preferred. Ability to adapt and collaborate with educators, students, and families. Strong communication, flexibility, and organization skills. COTA experience or background working in educational environments is a plus.

What Youll Be Doing:

Deliver occupational therapy services that support student success and participation in educational activities. Assess and develop individualized therapy plans tailored to students' needs. Work with a varied caseload across both a Montessori and a high school campus. Conduct evaluations and communicate recommendations to educational staff and families. Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions. Travel between two school locations during the week as needed.
