Qualifications:
Active Occupational Therapy license for the state of Kansas (required) Experience or interest in pediatric/school-based therapy settings Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and adapt to diverse school communities
Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of 50-60 students across multiple elementary schools Assess, plan, and deliver therapeutic interventions tailored to students' needs Collaborate with educational teams, parents, and other professionals Document and track progress according to district and state guidelines Design your own travel routes and daily assignments—typically 1-3 school visits daily
