Qualifications:
Current Occupational Therapist license in Kansas (or ability to obtain) Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Previous experience with pediatric or school-based populations preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Adaptability and eagerness to thrive in dynamic educational settings
Responsibilities:
Deliver direct therapy services to students in accordance with IEPs Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success Document progress and maintain records in compliance with district and state standards Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to school-wide initiatives
