•45 per hour | Full-Time or Part-Time About Us Heartland Pediatric Therapy is a small, therapist-owned pediatric clinic in Lindsborg, Kansas. We are looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our team. We currently have a significant OT waitlist and are looking for a therapist who enjoys working with children and families in a supportive outpatient setting. This position can be full-time or part-time , depending on the therapist's preference. We have enough current demand for the position to grow into a full-time caseload. Compensation $40

•45 per clocked hour, depending on experience. Unlike a per-visit or treatment-hour pay model, this position pays for all hours worked , including patient care, documentation, treatment planning, care coordination, meetings, and other clinical responsibilities. The Position Pediatric outpatient occupational therapy Primarily 45-minute treatment sessions Established OT waitlist with opportunity to build a full caseload Full-time or part-time options Highly flexible scheduling Time during cancellations or schedule openings can be used for documentation, planning, and other clinical responsibilities Collaboration with pediatric OT and speech-language pathology providers Opportunity to help shape and grow OT services within a small independent practice Schedule Scheduling is highly flexible and can be built around the therapist's preferences and caseload. Full-time or part-time schedules are available, and hours do not need to follow a traditional 8-5 schedule. Evening and Saturday hours are available if desired but are not required. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program Kansas OT license or eligibility for Kansas licensure Interest in pediatric occupational therapy Ability to work independently and collaboratively New graduates are welcome to apply About Heartland Pediatric Therapy Heartland Pediatric Therapy is an independent pediatric therapy clinic serving children and families in Lindsborg and surrounding communities.
