Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for students referred for OT services Develop and execute individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs Work collaboratively with teachers, special education staff, and parents to support student goals Document progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to IEP meetings as needed Provide direct therapy in group and one-on-one settings, focusing on improving motor skills, sensory integration, and functional independence Offer recommendations for classroom modifications and adaptive equipment as appropriate Monitor students progress and adjust interventions accordingly
