Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Current state licensure (or eligibility) for Kansas Experience working with students in a school setting preferred Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills Adaptable, team-oriented, and passionate about fostering student success
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students Conduct evaluations and assess students needs Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff Document progress and maintain accurate records Provide consultative services to school personnel and families Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student planning
