Desired Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Active OT state license (or eligibility for KS licensure) Previous experience working in schools or pediatric settings preferred Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to varied learning environments and diverse student needs
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct occupational therapy services to students as specified in IEPs Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to facilitate student success Conduct assessments and help develop individualized intervention plans Maintain detailed records and documentation in compliance with school guidelines Engage in ongoing professional development within the school community
