Assists people with mobility impairments to move easily around their homes; develops school and workplace settings that are accessible for individuals with physical or mental disabilities. May specialize in certain types of impairments or certain categories of patients.

Our team provides collaborative, relationship-centered care that respects the lived experiences of neurodivergent individuals. We offer services in both a dynamic outpatient clinic, in home early intervention and schools, allowing us to support children across their natural environments. Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team full-time. This hybrid role includes both clinic-based and early intervention (home or community based) with a focus on serving children with diverse developmental profiles including Autism, ADHD, sensory processing differences, motor delays, and more. The ideal candidate is flexible, creative, and passionate about child-led, strength-based, and affirming therapeutic practices. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive OT evaluations (sensory, motor, self-care, executive function, etc.) Partner with EI or school teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans with measurable, functional goals Provide direct therapy services in clinic, home, school or community settings Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary team members Utilize neurodiversity-affirming approaches (no compliance-based models) Contribute to progress reports, IFSPs, IEPS and team meetings Maintain accurate documentation and timely reporting Support family education, home programming, and caregiver coaching Participate in team trainings, mentorship, and professional development opportunities Qualifications Current state license (or eligibility) to practice as an Occupational Therapist Experience in pediatric settings (clinic, school, or EI) a plus but openness to learn considered Strong understanding of sensory integration and child development Familiarity or willingness to learn neurodiversity-affirming practices and respectful, trauma-informed care Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills Benefits Competitive salary, commensurate with experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Generous PTO and paid holidays CEU stipend and professional development support Flexible scheduling and supportive team culture Supervision and mentorship opportunities A chance to make a real difference in the lives of neurodivergent children and families Join Our Team At TherapyWorks, we don't believe in "fixing" kids.
