Summary Job Description:
BHMG Physical Therapy Radcliff Occupational Therapist - Hand/Orthopedic Baptist Health Medical Group out-patient therapy in Radcliff. OT with experience in hand orthopedic. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Maintains pertinent certification / licensure and annual competencies as defined by job description and department guidelines without expiration. Follows departmental policy and procedures. Participates in assigned work area based on service triggers. Participates in special functions as sponsored by Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation unless otherwise assigned. Completes yearly competencies as defined by job description and department guidelines. Maintains productivity levels within acceptable departmental standards. Attends all required safety training programs and can describe his/her responsibilities related to general safety, department/service safety, specific job related hazards, and national patient safety goals.
Minimum Education, Experience, Training, and Licensures Required:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited School of Occupational Therapy approved by the American Occupational Therapy Association required Current state licensure required and must be renewed yearly FIM certification maintained on regular basis NBCOT certification is required Two years previous experience preferred If you would like to be part of a growing family focused on supporting clinical excellence, teamwork and innovation, we urge you to apply now!
