Job Description

Job Description Sprout and Learn is a place for children and adolescents with developmental delays to come and break barriers and meet milestones. As an OT for Sprout and Learn, you will: Evaluate and assess clients for delays and disorders related to occupational skills Develop a treatment plan for client Plan and create individualized occupational-related goals. Implement treatment on a 1:1 basis with clients in clinical setting, occasional in home as needed (paid travel time) Regular review and update of treatment plan. Collaborate with other professionals (BCBA, BCaBA, RBT, SLP) Attend regular team meetings and trainings Communicate with families, team members, and Directors. Provide training to families or team members as goals are updated. Requirements Clean background check A Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field An active certification and license as an Occupational Therapist Be in good standing with the board in which you received your certification CPR and First Aid Certification Government Issued ID Job Type and Details Part-time Monday-Friday 10-15 hours a week Starting pay: $45/hr
