Pinnacle Home Health is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our exceptional therapy team! Enjoy the flexibility home health can provide! We are looking for a committed and patient-focused Occupational Therapist to provide assessment and treatment of patients requiring occupational therapy services within the home care setting. You are a resource to the field staff in the areas of community rehabilitation and individualized rehabilitation needs of the patient. This is a full-time position in the field. Home Health experience preferred, but NOT required!

Requirements:
