We are a collaborative team of occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, audiologists, and support professionals who work together to help children make meaningful, lasting improvements in their everyday lives. What You'll Do As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, you will: Evaluate children and develop individualized plans of care Provide evidence-based occupational therapy intervention Develop meaningful, functional treatment goals and monitor progress Collaborate with families and provide education and home programming Coordinate care with other DTS clinicians, schools, and healthcare professionals as appropriate Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Participate in team collaboration, clinical training, and professional development Contribute to a positive, supportive, and growth-oriented team culture Who We're Looking For We're looking for an OT who: Holds a degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Is licensed or eligible for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Louisiana Enjoys working with children and families Values collaboration and being part of an interdisciplinary team Is dependable, organized, and committed to high-quality patient care Communicates effectively with families and colleagues Is motivated to continue learning and developing professionally Committed to making differences that matter for children and families Pediatric experience is preferred but not required.
