Key Qualifications:

Current, active Occupational Therapy license in Louisiana Previous experience in a school-based OT setting preferred Ability to provide supervision and mentorship to a COTA Strong organizational and communication skills Comfort with itinerant travel between school locations

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver occupational therapy services to students across four schools two days each week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays) Conduct comprehensive evaluations for PreK students on Fridays Maintain documentation of student progress and collaborate with special education teams Supervise assigned COTA, offering guidance and professional support Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student growth and participation Adapt interventions to meet individual student needs in both group and one-on-one formats This position offers part-time hours (20-25 per week) within traditional school-year dates, providing you with excellent work-life balance while making a difference in young learners lives.
