This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact by supporting learners from Kindergarten through 12th grade as an itinerant Occupational Therapist. In this onsite role, youll manage a caseload of approximately 75-100 students, providing assessments, direct therapy, and consultative services in accordance with individual educational plans. What were looking for:

Valid Occupational Therapy license for the state. Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred. Strong understanding of IEP processes, documentation, and goal-setting. Comfortable working across all grade levels, K-12. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Ability to work independently and manage an itinerant caseload efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

Conducting comprehensive evaluations and developing treatment plans tailored to each students unique needs. Delivering direct and consultative OT services as outlined in IEPs. Documenting therapy sessions and progress reports in a timely manner. Training and collaborating with educational staff and families to reinforce strategies in the classroom and at home. Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to multidisciplinary team discussions.
