Responsibilities:

Provide treatment and assistance to patients who have disability, illness or injury through the therapeutic use of everyday activities. Provide continuity of care to patients. Understand the physical limitations of patients. Serve as a liaison between patient and family and health care team. Participate in discharge planning for patients.

Pay:

$80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
