Key Experience and Qualifications:

Current and active OT licensure required Prior experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations strongly preferred Comfortable working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including PT and APE professionals Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage a diverse PreK-8 caseload and adapt interventions for individual student needs Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive educational environment

Responsibilities:

Deliver occupational therapy services to students onsite at Moton Lakefront campus Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each students needs Collaborate closely with educators, other therapists, and families to ensure comprehensive support Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings as required Mentor and coordinate with a COTA who provides support once weekly This school-year contract runs from August 2026 through May 2027 and is ideal for a passionate OT eager to make a lasting impact.
