9628109-71270 Job Description Make a meaningful impact in the lives of students by delivering Occupational Therapy services within a supportive school environment. This contract opportunity allows you to utilize your expertise across four nearby school locations, working with a diverse caseload while playing a key role in student development and success. Youll provide Occupational Therapy services onsite, traveling between Castor High School, Gibsland High School, Arcadia High School, and Crawford Elementary. The schedule consists of therapy sessions on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with dedicated PreK evaluations taking place on Fridays. Supervision of a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) is also expected as part of your role.

Qualifications:

Current and active Louisiana Occupational Therapist (OT) license required Prior experience providing Occupational Therapy in a school setting strongly preferred Willingness and ability to supervise a COTA Solid foundation in delivering therapy services to PreK-12 student populations Excellent organizational, collaboration, and communication skills Reliable transportation to travel between assigned schools

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and deliver interventions tailored to students needs Provide hands-on therapy and collaborate with educational teams and families Supervise and support a COTA, ensuring quality services Travel to four school sites according to assigned schedule Complete PreK evaluations as needed Maintain thorough and timely documentation

Additional Details:
