Full-Time Position Description Are you a licensed Occupational Therapist who is passionate about helping individuals regain independence, build life skills, and improve daily functioning through compassionate, evidence-based care? We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our behavioral health team. In this role, you will assess, develop, and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans that support the physical, cognitive, emotional, psychological, and social well-being of the individuals we serve. Working as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team, you will help individuals develop skills that promote recovery, independence, and successful participation in everyday life. What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and assess functional abilities, environmental factors, and rehabilitation needs. Develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans in collaboration with physicians, nursing, rehabilitation, and interdisciplinary treatment teams. Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions through individual and group treatment sessions. Supervise and monitor the implementation of occupational therapy interventions and adjust treatment plans based on progress and outcomes. Develop rehabilitation programs and therapeutic activities that promote independence, life skills, and recovery. Collaborate with rehabilitation leadership to develop and maintain therapeutic programming and activity calendars. Evaluate treatment effectiveness, document progress, and modify interventions to support optimal outcomes. Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with organizational, regulatory, and accreditation standards. Provide culturally responsive, age-appropriate care that addresses the unique needs of each individual served. Partner with interdisciplinary team members to promote recovery-focused treatment planning and continuity of care. Maintain compliance with company policies, client requirements, state regulations, and accreditation standards.
