Job Description

Family Service Association is searching for an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide consultation services for our Adult Day Health (ADH) programs. In this role you will develop and review ongoing therapeutic activities for the programs which meet the individual needs of enrolled participants. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced OT looking to supplement their current practice with a flexible, low-hour consulting role in a mission-driven organization dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for older adults and adults with disabilities!
Position Details:
2-6 hours per month Flexible schedule Starting consultation rate: $40-$50 per hour , based on experience
Duties and Responsibilities:
Consult with Adult Day Health Activity Director to develop a therapeutic activities program which meets individual needs of enrolled participants. Review the monthly activity calendar created by the Activity Director and provide recommendations as applicable. Maintain OT licensure
Education and Experience:
Active, unrestricted Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Massachusetts is required. Experience working with disabled and older adult population a plus.
  • Must be able to successfully complete a MA State CORI check & CPS check.
