Job Description

Occupational Therapist (OT) New graduates are welcome to apply Megansett is seeking a compassionate full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. This is an excellent opportunity for an OT who is passionate about helping residents improve independence, safety, and quality of life. As part of our collaborative rehabilitation team, you will provide personalized, resident-centered therapy and develop individualized treatment plans that support meaningful progress in daily activities and overall function. In-house rehabilitation program Competitive compensation and benefits Flexible scheduling Supportive, collaborative work environment Key Responsibilities Evaluate residents' functional abilities and their impact on daily activities Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans Provide skilled therapy services focused on independence in activities of daily living and instrumental activities of daily living Recommend adaptive equipment and home modifications as appropriate Monitor resident progress and adjust OT treatment plans as needed Educate residents, families, caregivers, and clinical staff Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation Ensure services meet all professional, legal, and regulatory standards Qualifications Active Occupational Therapy state license in good standing Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Knowledge of the Net Health Electronic Documentation System preferred Apply today!
