Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Active and valid Occupational Therapy (OT) license required Prior experience in K-12 educational or pediatric settings is highly valued Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively with students, teachers, families, and other school staff Comfortable delivering therapy onsite with adaptability to work across various school ages and needs

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct OT services to students ages K-12, adapting interventions based on individual education plans (IEPs) Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and state requirements Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to promote students' participation and success in school routines Offer consultation and training to educators and families, supporting the integration of therapy goals within classroom activities Contribute to meetings, progress reviews, and IEP development as a core member of each student's support team
