Key Qualifications:

Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license required Previous experience in a school setting, working with K-12 students preferred Solid clinical skills in assessing, developing, and implementing individualized treatment plans Strong communication and collaboration abilities with faculty, parents, and students Adaptable, organized, and capable of managing a varied caseload Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive school experience

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive OT services to students onsite, in accordance with IEP goals Develop and implement interventions to support students' fine motor, sensory, and functional skills necessary for academic success Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to optimize student outcomes Conduct assessments and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and student progress accurately and timely Stay up to date with current best practices and maintain all licensure requirements This is an onsite contract position located near Methuen, MA, covering the school year from September 1, 2026, through June 14, 2027.
