Here's something important about this position: Our full-time OTs treat about 24 hours of direct patient care within a 40-hour workweek. Yes, really. The rest of your paid workweek is available for the work that excellent pediatric OT actually requires: documentation, treatment planning, family communication, collaboration, meetings, professional development, and occasionally just having enough time to think about your patients. Our work is child-centered, relationship-based, functional, and grounded in understanding the whole child. Our therapists support children with a variety of developmental and functional needs related to regulation, motor skills, executive functioning, self-care, play, social participation, and independence in everyday life. We also believe parents and caregivers are an essential part of the therapeutic process, and family collaboration is an important part of the work we do. Most importantly, we're a team. Our clinicians collaborate on evaluations, treatment planning, clinical reasoning, challenging cases, and professional development. You'll have autonomy, but you won't be expected to figure everything out alone. What You'll Do As a pediatric OT at Boston Sensory Solutions, you'll:

• Evaluate children with a variety of developmental and functional needs
• Develop individualized, functional treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based occupational therapy intervention
• Partner with parents and caregivers to support carryover into everyday life
• Collaborate with other therapists, educators, and members of each child's team
• Complete documentation and care coordination during scheduled work hours
• Participate in team meetings, mentorship, and professional development

We welcome applications from experienced pediatric OTs as well as exceptional newer clinicians who are eager to develop strong pediatric skills with meaningful mentorship and support. For an experienced clinician, this position offers autonomy, collaboration, and opportunities to grow into mentorship and leadership. For a newer clinician, you'll have experienced pediatric OTs around you and structured support as you develop your clinical reasoning and confidence. Schedule This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position. Because many of our patients are school-aged, some afternoon/evening availability is required. We work intentionally to create schedules that are sustainable for our therapists. Compensation $70,000

• 88,000+ annually, depending on experience, clinical independence, pediatric expertise, and mentorship/leadership skills.
