Sunshine Vision Development Center is a premier, developmental optometry practice in Natick, specializing in vision therapy and neuro-rehabilitation. We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our growing clinical team as Vision Therapists. We pride ourselves on providing transformative care that improves eye-hand coordination, visual processing, and overall quality of life for our patients. If you have a background in education, sports coaching, ABA therapy, or allied health, and you love working with both children and adults, we want to hear from you! Schedule & Hours We are looking for a candidate who can commit to the following schedule:

Initial Training Period:

Monday - Friday, 2:30 PM - 6:30 PM. Post-Training /

Regular Patient Care:

Weekdays:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday | 2:30 PM - 6:30 PM.

Saturdays:

8:00 AM - 3:00 PM. What You Will Do Work one-on-one with patients under the guidance of our Developmental Optometrists to implement customized vision therapy programs. Guide patients through specialized activities designed to improve visual efficiency and functional vision. Document patient progress and maintain clinical records with high attention to detail. Foster a supportive, encouraging environment for patients recovering from brain injuries or managing developmental vision challenges.

Qualifications & Skills Experience:

Background in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis), teaching, occupational therapy assistance, or similar rehabilitative fields is highly preferred.

Education:

A bachelor's degree in a related field (Education, Psychology, Kinesiology, etc.) is a plus.

Attributes:

High energy, empathy, and excellent communication skills. You must be able to explain complex concepts in a way that is easy for patients and parents to understand.

Technical Skills:

Comfortable with clinical documentation and utilizing technology for patient tracking. Why Join Us?
