Deliver outpatient therapy services in assisted and independent living communities Treat a variety of adult and geriatric patients with orthopedic, neurologic, and post-acute needs Collaborate with clinical leadership to tailor care plans and monitor outcomes Enjoy a balanced caseload and the time to focus on quality care

Base Pay:
