Job Description

Make a meaningful impact by supporting students' growth and development as an Occupational Therapist in a contract position. Collaborate closely with educators and staff, providing hands-on therapy services to help students reach their fullest potential in an engaging school environment near North Attleboro, MA.
Qualifications and Experience Sought:
Current and valid Occupational Therapy license in Massachusetts (or eligibility to obtain) Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Experience delivering therapy services within school settings preferred Strong understanding of IEP development, monitoring, and implementation Excellent communication and organizational abilities Compassionate approach to working with children of diverse backgrounds and ability levels
Role Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough evaluations to assess students' functional abilities and needs Develop individualized treatment goals and plans in collaboration with IEP teams Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students in various classroom and resource settings Monitor student progress and document interventions and outcomes, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations Provide training, resources, and support to teachers and families for optimal student participation Participate actively in team meetings and professional development activities Experience the rewards of making a difference each day.
