Qualifications:

Active Massachusetts (MA) Occupational Therapist license Experience with school-aged children in schools, home health, or healthcare settings Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams Commitment to fostering inclusive learning environments

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive OT evaluations and individualized treatment to K-12 students Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to develop and implement IEP goals Document progress and maintain timely, accurate clinical records Consult and train staff on adaptive strategies and equipment to support student participation Support transition planning and adaptive programming for students at all ability levels This role comes with a highly competitive wage between $55 and $60 per hour, paid weekly, along with access to an excellent benefits package.
