We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide support to middle and high school students in a school setting on a contract basis near Quincy, MA. With a manageable caseload of approximately eight students, youll have the chance to deliver both individual and small-group services tailored to each learners unique needs. Most sessions are around 30 minutes each, allowing you to focus on impactful, targeted work and meaningful progress. We value flexibility and collaboration, so your input on scheduling is welcomed. While we currently anticipate an 8-hour workweek spread across two days, there is room for adjustment based on evolving student needs and your availability.

Key Qualifications:

Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state Previous experience in school-based settings, particularly with middle and high school students Proficiency in individual and small-group OT interventions Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams Strong communication, organization, and time management skills Adaptability as student caseload and schedules evolve

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver OT services in accordance with student IEPs, both individually and in small groups Assess students functional abilities and develop tailored treatment goals Maintain accurate and timely documentation Participate in team meetings and contribute to reevaluation processes as needed Foster a supportive and inclusive therapy environment This contract offers you the chance to work alongside dedicated professionals and positively impact students academic journeys, all on a schedule that supports your life outside of work.
