This full-time position spans 32.5 hours each week, beginning as soon as possible and continuing through June 18, 2027. Youll be part of a collaborative educational environment, working directly with students to foster their growth, independence, and academic success.

Qualifications & Experience:

Active Massachusetts Occupational Therapy License is required. Previous experience in school-based or pediatric occupational therapy is preferred. Strong understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs) and educational best practices. Skilled in assessing, planning, and implementing interventions for students of diverse backgrounds and abilities. Able to communicate effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary school teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct treatment and consultative services to K-12 students as outlined in their IEPs. Conduct thorough assessments to identify students needs and create meaningful, goal-oriented intervention plans. Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and communications with staff and families. Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and support staff to coordinate services and integrate therapy into the classroom. Provide guidance and resources to families and educational teams to promote carryover and generalization of skills.
