Responsibilities Evaluate children's skills and needs and their living and school environments, advising on adaptations and improvements to support their well-being and development. Develop and implement well-structured and personalized intervention plans to promote children's active participation in activities at home, in childcare environments, and in communities. Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, such as physical therapists, speech therapists, and pediatricians, to provide holistic care to children. Communicate consistently with parents and guardians about their child's progress, challenges, and ways they can support their child's developmental goals. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patients' care, progress, and prognosis.
